SHIPPING TERMS

• Client pays shipping: cost will be determined upon completion of order.
• We work with  DHL with 60% discount: express shipping, door to door service.
• Shipping time: to USA 3 to 4 days. Europe: 5 to 6. Rest of the world 7 days approximately.
• We do all paperwork including  Origin certificate which is free for some countries. Other countries pay 45 U$

PRICING TERMS

•    All prices are listed in USD
•   All prices are FOB Callao / Lima. Peru.
•   Front payment of 50% to confirm order, the rest of payment + shipping / before delivery.

QUALITY TERMS

•  Sizing tolerance: our garments are knitted by different mothers with their on hands, please tolerate 1.5 cm in size difference from the original sample.

RETURN POLICY

•  If any garments have stains, tears, or other imperfections. Proceed to inform until 3 days after receiving the package. All packages MUST have a shipping insurance to cover any damage during handling,  if it doesn’t have it, it’s at own risk of client. Mia Peru will replace the affected products at its cost, if its a defect from production by Mia Peru.   Client can ship the returning item by any courier as a used garment non commercial value to this address: MIA PERU CORP SAC / MENDIBURU 960 Dpto 302.
